Stephen N. Dettor, President
Stephen N. Dettor founded Fast-Dry Courts, Inc. in 1987. Previously, Mr. Dettor served as President and Owner of Fast-Dry Corporation, a wholesale distributor of tennis court supplies that he started in 1981. Before founding Fast-Dry Corporation, Mr. Dettor spent 7 years with Hardrives, a large paving company based in south Florida. In his time with Hardrives, Mr. Dettor served in a variety of roles in the tennis court construction and resurfacing division, including Estimator, Sales Manager and General Manager.
Mr. Dettor has over thirty years of experience in the tennis court construction industry. He has served on the tennis court construction technical specifications committee for the American Sports Builders Association. In this capacity Mr. Dettor assisted in writing the national specifications for tennis court construction. He is widely regarded as one of the foremost experts on tennis court construction and maintenance in the United States . Under Mr. Dettor's leadership, Fast-Dry Courts, Inc. was named national "Court Builder of the Year" in 2005 by Racquet Sports Industry Magazine.

Stephen C. Dettor, Chief Operating Officer
Stephen C. Dettor joined Fast-Dry Courts, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer in June, 2007. He also serves as President of 10-S Tennis Supply, a wholesale distributor of tennis court supplies and sister company of Fast-Dry Courts, Inc.
Before joining 10-S Tennis Supply and Fast-Dry Courts, Stephen served as Director, Financial Solution Sales for Blackbaud (NASDAQ: BLKB), a $200M publicly traded software company. In this role Stephen led a team of 25 sales, marketing and Operations professionals and a network of 100+ Value Added resellers from Blackbaud's Charleston headquarters. Stephen joined Blackbaud in 2002 as Manager, Channel Business Development. In his 3+ years at Blackbaud, Stephen served in a variety of roles, including Manager/Channel Business Development, Director/Channel Sales and Director/Financial Solution Sales. Prior to joining Blackbaud, Stephen served as Business Development Associate for Foodtrader.com, a B2B Exchange focused on the food and agricultural industry. There he was instrumental in raising $20M in venture capital financing from leading venture capital firms, including East River Ventures, Rabbobank and New River Capital Partners. Prior to joining Foodtrader.com, Stephen served in a variety of roles for FDC - The Fast-Dry Companies, a tennis court construction and supply business based in Pompano Beach, FL. FDC doubled in size during Stephen's tenure as he worked as a Business Analyst, Operations Manager, Account Executive, Director of Branch Operations - Orlando and Vice President.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University, ( Winston-Salem, NC ) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania ( Philadelphia, PA ).
Todd M. Dettor, Vice President
Todd M. Dettor joined Fast-Dry Courts, Inc. in 1997. Todd has worked in a variety of different roles for Fast-Dry Courts, Inc., including Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Account Executive and Vice President. Todd has over ten years of experience in tennis court construction, resurfacing and repair. He is also an expert in tennis court lighting and fencing systems. Todd is responsible for Sales and Project Management in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Todd M. Dettor holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, FL. He is also a licensed Florida General Contractor.
Frank Froehling, Sales
Frank Froehling joined Fast-Dry Courts, Inc. in 1999. Frank enjoyed a distinguished professional tennis career. Frank was ranked as the #2 player in the United States and the #6 player in the world in 1963. He defeated Roy Emerson on his way to the US Open Final in 1963 and was a Wimbledon Quarterfinalist that same year. Frank reached the semifinals of the French Open in 1971, defeating Arthur Ashe on the way to the semis. He also played for the United States on the winning 1963 and 1971 Davis Cup teams. Frank continued to enjoy a successful playing career after retiring from the ATP Tour. He was the US 50+ National Singles champion in 1992 and won the US National Father/Son Tournament 5 times and the US National Father/Daughter Tournament 2 times.
Frank became involved in the design and construction of tennis facilities in 1975. In the past 22 years he has designed and built over 3,000 courts, including the facilities that hosted the first two Sony Erickson tournaments. Frank was a founding member of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) and has been a member of the USPTA since 1974. He is also a former Board Member of the American Sports Builders Association (ASBA) and a former member of the United States Tennis Association (USTA) Technical Committee.
Richard Sanzare, Controller
Rich Sanzare joined Fast-Dry Courts, Inc. in 2004. Previously, Rich was the Controller for a flooring company and an interior design firm in Fort Lauderdale . Prior to that, Rich was the President and CEO of Miami Marketing, an export company, and also the owner/GM of Charts Records in Phoenix, AZ. Rich has over 20 years experience in management, operations, and business accounting; retail, wholesale, service, and construction.
Rich has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Joseph 's University, Philadelphia, PA
